Compliance
Lawful conduct compliant with rules
Compliance is part of an enterprise's due diligence. Our code of conduct, reflecting international standards, constitutes the basis for EQOS Group compliance.
The significance of compliance for any company can be compared with the requirement for fitters to wear personal protective equipment (PPE): Only if all fitters on the team use the PPE according to regulations, can they work reliably Reliable work means protecting oneself, one’s colleagues and therefore, ultimately, the company. While protective equipment is meant to fend off and minimize hazards on construction sites, compliance protects the company in its entirety from any misconduct of any type.
EQOS takes the idea of compliance very seriously and assigns it the utmost importance. Integrity, honesty, law-abiding conduct and respect for our fellow humans as well as our environment represent the foundation upon which our every action as a company must stand. Compliance, together with our Code of Conduct, forms the framework within which we act. We hold legally and ethically flawless conduct of both our employees and our business partners to be of the greatest importance to us. We are aware of our role in society as well as our responsibility to our customers, employees, owners and business partners.

Assuming responsibility for people and the environment
