As part of our corporate policy, we are committed to complying with all laws and regulations. In order to establish a professional and legally compliant business relationship, we require your successful pre-qualification prior to a potential commission or order. To do this, please complete the following registration process diligently. Successful pre-qualification with EQOS requires that all required documents be submitted and the self-disclosure form be completed in full.
Qualification process for suppliers and subcontractors
How to qualify for collaboration
Please complete our online registration form in full and attach all relevant documents. This includes:
- A current extract from the commercial register;
- Your tax and clearance certificate;
- Any quality certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001); and
- A brief presentation of your company and your services.
When you register, you will also receive our Supplier Code of Conduct (PDF, German). Please read it carefully and confirm it.
Once we have received your complete documents, we will review them thoroughly. We will analyse your company information and conduct an on-site audit, if applicable. After we have successfully reviewed and confirmed the terms of the contract, we will add you to our database of suppliers.

The certification of our compliance management system in accordance with the ISO 37301 and ISO 37001 standards shows that we also fulfil our high quality standards in this area.
